Dan Aldridge, Founder and Managing Partner, SHARE Series

Dan is currently the Founder and Managing Partner for SHARE Series. He is also the President of the National Investor Relations Institute for the Southeast and has been on the board of directors for the past five years. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where was responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL. Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.

Shannon Coyne, Partner, former Sell Side Equity Analyst, SHARE Series

Shannon Coyne, CFA is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CW Capital, a long-biased equity hedge fund. She is also a Partner in SHARE, the first and only platform to bring company management access to retail (non-13f) investors with a mission to democratize shareholder access. Prior to that, Shannon was the Co-Founder and President of Bluestock Advisors, a management consulting firm that provides C-Suite executives and board members in consumer industries with a powerful combination of strategy, investor relations and private capital raise advisory services aimed at creating long-term value. Before launching Bluestock Advisors, Shannon was a Senior Equity Analyst for BMO Capital Markets, covering the Household Products and Personal Care sectors. Prior to covering the CPG space, Shannon was part of the Consumer teams covering the Broadlines and Hardlines retail sectors at Credit Suisse and BMO Capital. Previously, Shannon spent a significant portion of her career at The Home Depot, holding various managerial positions within Investor Relations, Store Operations, Merchandising and Corporate Finance. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Angela Holowaychuk, Chief Operating Officer, irlabs

Angela Holowaychuk, a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience, has been a driving force in navigating emerging technologies within highly regulated industries. From gaming to fintech, blockchain mining, and digital assets, Angela's leadership has transformed operations, business strategy, and sales and marketing endeavors. She specializes in establishing global operations, seamless applications, and service channels, executing go-to-market strategies, and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders in both private and public markets. With a background in Operations Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a recent Global ESG designation, Angela brings a wealth of expertise to the table. She has also served as a Corporate Director, contributing to crucial committees and guiding companies through significant transitions.
